List of valid values for various database parameters, by table:

Glacier_Static

  glacier_id    Must be of the form:  GnnnnnnEmmmmm[N|S], where [N|S] means
                "either N or S", nnnnnn has the range [000000,359999], and
                mmmmm has the range [00000,90000].

Glacier_Dynamic

  The field "glacier_type" will be replaced by the fields
  "primary_classification", "form", "frontal_characteristics",
  "longitudinal_characteristics", "dominant_mass_source", and
  "tongue_activity", each of which is defined below.  (See
